1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service apply when you visit hartleyandfinch.com, use our website, or purchase products from Hartley & Finch.

Hartley & Finch is the store and brand operated by Webzone, a business registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 77799135.

In these Terms, “Hartley & Finch”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the store as operated by Webzone. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or website visitor.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any other policies that apply to your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

2. Our Store

Hartley & Finch is an online Home & Decor store serving customers in the United Kingdom.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, prices and other product information. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting and the nature of the product.

Measurements and other product information should be reviewed before ordering where relevant.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including your name, delivery address, email address and any other information required to fulfil the order.

After an order is placed, you may receive an electronic confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, information provided is incomplete or incorrect, a pricing or listing error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Prices and Payment

Product prices and applicable charges are displayed during the ordering process.

You must use a valid payment method that you are authorised to use. Payments are processed through the payment services made available through our hosted e-commerce platform and associated payment infrastructure.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Our order cut-off is 17:00 UK local time (GMT/BST, as applicable), Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends are processed from the next business day.

After processing, estimated delivery is 5–8 business days.

Shipping is free, and package tracking is provided. The specific carrier may vary depending on the order and fulfilment arrangements.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at info@hartleyandfinch.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipment.

Tracking information should be used to monitor the progress of your delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 3–10 days.

A customer's statutory or other non-waivable rights under applicable law are not affected by this policy.

8. Products and Availability

Products may be changed, updated, discontinued or become unavailable.

We may limit quantities or refuse an order where reasonably necessary. If an ordered product cannot be supplied, we will contact you where appropriate and arrange a refund for amounts paid for the unavailable product.

9. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, use the website for fraudulent purposes, or use its content in a way that infringes the rights of Hartley & Finch, Webzone or another party.

Unless otherwise stated, the content made available through Hartley & Finch, including branding, text, graphics, website design and original visual materials, is owned by or licensed for use by Webzone.

Third-party names, marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our protected content without appropriate permission, except where applicable law permits it.

11. Third-Party Services

Our store operates using a hosted e-commerce platform and may rely on service providers to support payments, fulfilment, delivery, website functionality, advertising and measurement.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside our control. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you interact directly with them.

12. Liability

We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights or remedies that customers are entitled to under applicable consumer law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary, for example to reflect changes to our store, services, operational practices or applicable requirements.

The version made available on our website will apply as appropriate. Changes will not remove rights that have already arisen where those rights cannot lawfully be removed.
